This really cute duo are superb in detail and rich in color. The main parts of their bodies are green serpentine.
Serpentine occur in masses of tiny intergrown crystals. Their beaks are highly polished tiger eye. Their feet are solid gold plated.
Their base is an exquisite example of selenite. This selenite base sits on top a pinewood based carved specially for this piece.
This is a brilliant decorative art sculpture.
